Dairy: It is recommended to eat 4 or more servings in a day for a pregnant woman. To get enough calcium for you and your baby dairy is the must eaten item every day. Never eat unpasteurized milk because you don’t know how much germs carried by unpasteurized milk and unpasteurized milk products. The bacteria of unpasteurized milk can cause a serious infection. How long can I keep working?

How long you can work in pregnancy may be different from person to person. Job and work environment is considered here. If your job is related to radiation, lead or materials such as copper and mercury you should be more careful because it can be harmful to your baby. A desk job is not harmful to your baby but in an active job, you should not be late. Never put your computer on your stomach and uterus.

 

If you are at risk of certain issues or preterm labor take the bed rest for the full period of pregnancy. So, your overall health will play a part how long you can work.

Can I have sex?

While you are pregnant having sex is safe. But you can talk to your doctor if you have concerns or are at any risk. In the pregnancy time level of interest of sex can be changed for some women but it is natural. As you grow you can change the positions while sex.
